Environmental sustainability in the Packaging sector

David Perchard, co-founder of independent consultancy firm Perchards, was a Keynote Speaker at the PrintNZ Conference Focus on the Future in October 2006.

Perchard's have worked with over 200 companies and trade associations worldwide on issues relating to packaging and environmental issues. They have also carried out projects for governments in different countries including Australia, Ireland and the U.K.

David's Keynote address looked at how environmental legislation is impacting on business in Europe and what future changes are possible. He also spoke about the topical issue of food miles and product stewardship.
